How to make a toddler weather board for your playroom! This is a great way to start that connection between the concrete and abstract! It is also a great way to help your child start to make the connection between weather and weather appropriate clothing. Which won’t necessarily eliminate tantrums and big feelings around clothes, but is certainly a helpful tool to have! I’m not a crafty mom by any means but I just could not find a single weather board that I felt was simple. interactive, and clear enough for my toddler to use ???? It may not be “aesthetic” but it’s totally HER aesthetic and she is absolutely in love with it. Since this is HER playroom, that’s all that matters ???? Montessori home or not, a weather board is a really fun addition for a playroom!
